There is a need for positive change.
Both Sides of the Conversation is a 501c3 nonprofit that was created to provide resources through effective conversations that empower our people.
Through open dialogue, we explore the challenges and barriers that are faced within our Black and Brown communities to connect, reflect and develop ways of healing together.
We focus on listening and providing resources because we believe all underserved communities have one thing in common, the need for positive change.

EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFTS
Many employers offer a matching gift program, doubling or even tripling contributions made by their employees, employees’ family members, retired employees, and board members. Contact your Human Resources representative to learn more.
The perfect way to promote your interest in our community, celebrate a personal milestone like a birthday, or donate in honor or memory of a special individual is to contribute to our Annual Campaign.
Include Both Sides of the Conversation in your legacy plans and you and your loved ones may enjoy tax or income advantages while helping us to support our people in the San Francisco Bay Area. Here are two things you can do today:
- If you are at least 70 1⁄2 years old, make a qualified charitable distribution from your tax-deferred IRA. By transferring funds directly from your IRA to Success Centers, you can satisfy the required minimum distributions for the year and enjoy advantages compared to taking a taxable distribution and then contributing the proceeds.
- Name Both Sides of the Conversation as a beneficiary in your will, trust, life insurance policy, retirement account, or other estate plans. Contact us for more information.
