Both Sides of the Conversation’s (BSOTC) mission is to provide resources through impactful dialogue that empowers the Black and Brown communities to become economically self-sufficient. Through open dialogue, we explore the challenges and barriers that are faced within our Black and Brown communities to connect, reflect, and develop ways of healing together.

How do I sign up to be a guest on a show?
All potential guests are required to schedule for a particular show on our website. You can register at our Join the Show page.
What days and times are the 3 shows?
Hidden Gems: Tuesdays at 7 pm PST
Educational Thursday: Thursdays at 6 pm PST
Sunday Conversations: Sundays at 2 pm PST
As a guest on the show, how do I access the digital media platform?
You will receive a StreamYard link 24 hours prior to the start of the specific show, along with pertinent information.
Do you promote our participation in the shows?
Yes, we promote the shows on all of our social media sites.
As a guest on the show, how can I get my family and friends to watch and participate during my segment?
Your family and friends may actively join in on the conversation through our Youtube channel at Both Sides of the Conversation.
How can I view your shows?
You can view our current and past shows on Facebook and YouTube or by following the Watch Live tab.
How many guests can you have on each show?

How many times can I be a guest on a show?
You can be a guest as many times as you wish.

How do I schedule your services for a community event or function?
You may schedule your event on our Events Page.
I have an event flyer that I would like to promote on your social media sites. How do I provide this information to you?
You may submit all flyers to events@bsotc.org. Please submit no later than 72 hours prior to your event.
Do you have a newsletter for community members to promote events or resources?
Yes, please submit all flyers and resources to events@bsotc.org.

Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
What methods of payment does BSOTC accept?
Currently, BSOTC accepts:
- Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal
- Credit cards
- Checks made out to Both Sides of the Conversation
What is the refund policy?
Charity donations are typically non-refundable. This is because donations are typically irrevocable and undesignated contributions, and there may be tax ○ implications for the charity and/or donor as a result of refunds.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel a show, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, although we understand emergencies may arise.
If you have to cancel a community event, we would appreciate 72 hours’ notice.
