Fundraising Coordinator

The fundraising coordinator will be responsible for the activities associated with a fundraising event, including helping and planning. Coordinates fundraising strategies and is responsible for supporting major fundraising programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to raise funds and support our initiatives.

  • Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.

  • Create compelling fundraising campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Engage with donors and sponsors to build strong relationships and secure financial support.

  • Collaborate with the team to organize fundraising events and campaigns

  • Use online platforms to raise donations.

  • Organize campaigns or events to solicit donations.

  • Maintain records of donor information.

  • Evaluate the success of previous fundraising events.

  • Plan and oversee campaigns and events to raise money and other kinds of donations for an organization.

  • Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Passion for the nonprofit's mission and a commitment to digital media for positive impact.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative fundraising ideas.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Proficient with Google Suite, cloud-based tools, and CRM systems.

  • Strong relationship-building/management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (technical and non-technical).

  • Effective and courteous communicator, building strong networks.

Condition of Volunteerism

  • Must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

  • Must be flexible to volunteer evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Must complete and/or sign all volunteer or independent paperwork. Independent contractors must complete an MOU, and W9.
