Be the change you wish to see in your community.
Our mentor program is a 16-week program designed as a communal effort to unearth excellence.
For Students Aged 12 to 26
Education is the key to success and a healthy community. We walk you through the seven most critical factors that a student will face when going through the college admissions process.
Re-entry & Juvenile Justice
BSOTC is working to break the cycle of incarceration impacting youth & families of color in the community. Our goal is to transform their lives, their families, and the justice system impacting them.
Become a Mentee
Become a Mentor
BSOTC mentors are members of the community who can commit to 16 weeks for one hour a week. Our mentors will help our youth grow their skills, make better decisions, and gain new perspectives on their life and career. As a mentor, you will leverage your experience to give guidance on your mentee’s career and life now and in the future.
